Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Replēn. If something is not right, we’ll do our best to make it simple.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be returned with its original packaging where possible.

Fully paid returns

Eligible returns are fully paid for by Replēn, including the return shipping cost. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

How to start a return

Email info@replenskincare.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund.

Original shipping costs

For eligible approved returns, your refund includes the item cost and standard original shipping cost. Expedited shipping, gift wrapping, or other optional paid services may not be refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll help arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where eligible.

Items that may not be eligible

For hygiene and safety reasons, some opened, used, empty, or heavily damaged skincare items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange, contact us and we’ll let you know what options are available. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders may be returned under this policy if eligible. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Late return requests

Return requests made after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an issue with your order.
