Shipping Policy

We aim to pack and send every Replēn order with care, so your skincare arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery time

Once your order has been processed, standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. Delivery times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything needs correcting.

Tracking information

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping all orders, unless stated otherwise during a promotion.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Replēn is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll help you look into it with the courier. Carrier delays can occasionally happen and may be outside of our control.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
