You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind what we make. If you've used the Bakuchiol Retinol Alternative Serum consistently for 30 days and haven't seen any improvement, we'll give you a full refund — no return required.

To request a refund, contact us at hello@replenskin.com with your order number and a brief note on your experience. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
