Replēn subscriptions renew automatically based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout. You can skip, pause, change, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next order is processed.
How subscriptions work
When you choose a subscription product, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of that product at the frequency shown on the product page and at checkout.
Your payment method will be charged automatically before each subscription order is processed, unless you skip, pause, change, or cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
Subscription discount
Subscription discounts apply only while your subscription remains active. If you cancel your subscription, the discount will no longer apply to future orders.
Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription through your customer account or through the subscription management link provided after purchase.

- Update your payment method
- Update your shipping address
- Change your delivery frequency, where available
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date. If your order has already been processed or fulfilled, we may not be able to cancel that shipment.
Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Replēn to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price, frequency and date shown at checkout, until your subscription is cancelled.
Shipping
Subscription orders are shipped to the address saved on your subscription account. Please make sure your shipping address is up to date before your next order is processed.
Price or product changes
If a product, price, delivery frequency, or subscription offer changes, we will aim to make this clear before it affects your future subscription orders.
